The Spanish Society of Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering (SEMIT) was founded as a society in 2024 to address the need to advance the development and application of these promising fields in Spain.
This year we are organizing the II edition of SEMIT Congress in close collaboration with TERMIS-EU 2026! This marks the consolidation of a leading platform for knowledge exchange among researchers, clinicians, and companies in the TERM field in Spain. The Satellite SEMIT 2026 Meeting will be held the day before TERMIS-EU 2026, on April 20, 2026 at the Palau de Congressos de Palma.
This event will bring together prominent national and international experts to discuss the latest advances and challenges in bioengineering, advanced biomaterials, Biofabrication and many others, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and the transfer of technology into clinical practice. We will soon announce the plenary speakers and the tentative program of the SEMIT 2026 Meeting.
