You will be able to participate in the talks and workshops related to innovation in the health sector that will be included. At the end of the day, the Salut Innova UIB-HLL awards will be presented.
Among the scheduled activities, Ana Freire, engineer and PhD in computer science, professor and researcher at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF-BSM), expert in artificial intelligence with social impact and founder of the STOP project, will give a talk entitled “STOP Project: using artificial intelligence and social networks to benefit mental health”.
In addition, a series of workshops will be offered:
- Building applications with AI and Amazon PartyRock in the world of health care
- Innovations at Son Espases University Hospital
- Hands-on 3D printing workshop / 360° tour application
- OWKIN. Public-private collaboration frameworks: how to make AI projects effective.
- DEUSENS. Immersive experiences in the healthcare environment
There will also be informative corners (floor 0 K, corridor R):
- Generative AI development strategy at HUSE
- Presentation of the UIB Master’s degree in Innovation
Finally, José R. Maniega, director of Oracle Health, will give the second lecture, “The future of the electronic medical record of the Hospital Universitario Son Espases (Millennium): digital clinical assistant with artificial intelligence”.
Apart from all these events, the finalist projects of the Salut Innova awards of the UIB and the Health Living Lab of the Hospital Universitario Son Espases will be presented, and finally, the awards will be presented to the winners.
