Cycle of conferences entitled “Mental Health in Youth”, aimed at adults who play a fundamental role in the emotional wellbeing of young people. This space is aimed at families, guardians and professionals from the educational and health fields who, day by day, face the challenges related to youth mental health.
The main objective is to raise awareness, make this reality visible and provide practical tools to understand the difficulties faced by young people, as well as to develop effective strategies to support them in a close and empathetic way. We will address key issues, from the early identification of warning signs, to the management of critical situations, in order to provide comprehensive support to those who interact closely with these issues.
Youth mental health is not just an individual issue, it is a shared responsibility that affects the entire community surrounding young people.
