On May 26, 27 and 28, the Feria Talento Joven 2026 will be held, three virtual days to connect companies on the island with hiring needs and young job seekers.
The fair, organized within the framework of the Youth Guarantee Youth Talent Program, is aimed at young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System (young people between 16 and 29 years old who are neither in formal education nor working). On the platform, participants will find: job offers, workshops and talks and advice on the labor market.
The platform will be open from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday 26th until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday 28th.
Job offers
The companies participating in the fair will have their own stand where they can share: job offers, generic information about the company, success stories… The stands are also a meeting point for young people and companies where they can leave their resumes, chat, do live interviews, etc.
Workshops to improve employability
A catalog of workshops and practical talks given by professionals in the field of employment will be available on the platform. They will work on employability skills, ways to face a job interview, keys to write a resume, to publicize the sectors with the greatest demand for workers, etc.
Occupancy information and advice
Young people will also be able to consult in real time through chat or online meetings with professionals and employment experts about their doubts about the labor market, so that they can make the most of their registration. To participate, young people must be registered in Youth Guarantee.
Registration for the fair
Participation in the fair is free of charge neither for the companies that want to have their virtual stand nor for the young people who connect to the platform.
- Registration for companies: through this form before May 24.
