The 2021 edition of the Diario de Mallorca Business Award recognizes the work of the company Sanifit, a biopharmaceutical company of the BIOIB Cluster, founded by two doctoral students of the UIB. Sanifit develops drugs to combat calciphylaxis, a rare disease with high mortality.
