We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for innovation, science and cooperation to join our team at the Clúster Biotecnològic i Biomèdic de les Illes Balears (BIOIB).
If you have experience in national and European project management, are fluent in English and are interested in being part of a strategic ecosystem in the biotechnology and biomedical sector, we want to meet you!
👩‍🔬 What will you do?
You will coordinate R&D projects with real impact.
You will work closely with companies, universities and research centers.
You will promote international collaboration in the bio sector.

Responsibilities

Planning, implementation and monitoring of regional, national and European projects (Interreg, Horizon Europe, etc.)
Coordination with international partners, public and private entities.
Preparation of financing proposals and technical/economic justifications.
Representation of the cluster in events, meetings and sector forums.
Support in the revitalization of the BIOIB ecosystem and management of relationships with partners.
Identification of new opportunities for collaboration and financing.

Requirements

University degree in life sciences, engineering, project management or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of R&D&I.
Knowledge of European funding programs (Horizon, Interreg, etc.).
High level of English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
