The Direcció General d’Innovació Digital i Transformació Digital has launched its line of grants for 2025, aimed at strengthening the innovative and digital capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Balearic Islands. These grants, co-financed with FEDER funds 2021-2027, cover several key areas.
Certification of R&D&I projects: Support to SMEs to obtain certifications that endorse their research, development and innovation projects.
Business digitalization and digital marketing: Promoting digital transformation in SMEs, including the implementation of digital tools and online marketing strategies.
Startups and disruptive projects: Promotion of new companies and innovative projects that introduce disruptive solutions in the market.
Organization of innovation events: Grants for the organization of events that promote innovation and knowledge exchange in the business environment.
Innovation projects: Support for initiatives that seek to develop innovative products, services or processes in various sectors.
These aids are destined to SMEs with fiscal domicile and work center in the Balearic Islands. In addition, companies, research or training centers, professional associations and innovative business clusters (AEI) may also be beneficiaries, depending on the specific program. The deadline for issuing and notifying the decision is six months from the filing of the application.
