Call of the CAIB to support scientific and technological research projects.

🌍 Eligible actions:

Staff recruited specifically for the project
Indirect costs (15% of personnel)
Subcontracting (max 45%, exceptionally 70%)
Scientific and technical inventoriable material
Equipment depreciation
Consumables
Travel, per diem and related short stays (max 3 months)
Publications

❗Important: There are two lines of projects.

Line A: R&D projects for young researchers.
→ Led by Ph.D. graduates >01.01.2015
Line B: R&D projects for senior researchers.
→ Led by Ph.D. graduates <01.01.2015

☑️ Applicant requirements

Entities with their own legal personality and tax domicile or permanent establishment in Spain
R&D centers, NPOs with R&D in statutes or companies based in the Balearic Islands.
It is necessary to have a doctor IP linked to the entity.

☑️ Project requirements

Duration: 3 years, starting May-June 2026.

🗓️ Deadline for submission: 07.08.2025 to 03.10.2025, at 13.00h

💰Maximum grant per application.

Line A: €180,000 per individual project
Line B: €250,000 per coordinated project.

❗Important:

Intensity according to the size of the company (40-80%)
Advance payment up to 84.6% without guarantor, with payment in 4 tranches.
- Advance payment of 33.3% at start-up, 33.3% after the first justification, 18% after the second justification and the remainder at the end of the period.
