CDTI Call for Proposals – Innovation and Transfer Ecosystems 2025
The CDTI, within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2024-2027 and co-financed by ERDF Funds 2021-2027, launches the call for grants to Innovation and Transfer Ecosystems, linked to the Complementary Plan for Knowledge Transfer 🌍🔬🤝.
The objective is to promote interregional innovation ecosystems, fostering the transfer, dissemination and valorization of knowledge, as well as collaboration between public and private agents.
To finance actions to support the development of interregional innovative ecosystems and environments, aimed at:
Knowledge transfer and valorization
Dissemination and promotion of scientific and technological culture.
Cooperation between autonomous communities
Social and territorial cohesion
📌 The actions must be aligned with one of the Socio-technical Challenges defined in Annex I of the call.
Among others, the following actions are financed:
Shared diagnostics and analysis of socio-technical challenges
Development of technology roadmaps and work plans
Collaboration and transfer activities between regional ecosystems
Training, dissemination and advisory programs
Generation of networks and meeting points between agents
Preparation of R&D&I proposals and public-private cooperation.
☑️ Beneficiaries:
Groupings of legal entities, on a cooperative basis.
📌 Grouping requirements:
Composed of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 entities
Integrated by agents of the innovation system:
public administrations, research centers, universities, technology centers, companies (especially SMEs), transfer offices, intermediate entities, etc.
Actions carried out in several autonomous communities

⏳ Closing date:
February 12, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (Spanish time)
📢 Resolution:
Within a maximum period of 6 months from the publication of the extract in the BOE.
The aid is granted in the form of a subsidy
The amount is determined on the basis of:
Of the bankable cost of the action
Of the maximum percentage of ERDF co-financing, by region:
Less developed regions: up to 85
Transition regions (including Balearic Islands): up to 60 % (up to 85 % in the Canary Islands)
Developed regions: up to 40
📌 The aids are subject to the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle.

Dissemination, events and communication activities
Training
Travel and participation in congresses
Administrative costs associated with the action
