📢 The Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca has opened the call Pyme Cibersegura 2026, a program co-financed by FEDER 2021-2027 to support SMEs and freelancers in improving their level of cybersecurity through a free diagnosis and aid to implement solutions and improvements detected.
🔐 The program is structured in two phases:
Phase I: Assisted Cybersecurity Diagnosis, totally free of charge for the company, with technical, organizational, regulatory and risk analysis.
Phase II: Support for the Personalized Implementation Plan (PPI), to implement the solutions recommended in the diagnosis.
☑️ Applicant requirements
Being an SME according to the European definition.
To be continuously registered in the IAE before January 1, 2024.
To have a minimum turnover of €100,000 in the last annual period.
To have a registered office and/or production center in the demarcation of the Chamber of Mallorca.
To be up to date with the tax authorities and Social Security.
Comply with the de minimis rule (maximum €300,000 in 3 years for a single company).

Communities of property
Civil partnerships
UTE
Associations
Foundations
Non-profit entities in general
Self-employed companies or collaborators
Companies in the primary agricultural, fishing and aquaculture sectors.
☑️ Access to Phase II
They will be able to proceed to implementation after completing the diagnosis, or access directly if they can prove that they have previously participated in an equivalent program in cybersecurity with the minimum required content.
🗓️ Deadline for submission: from March 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to June 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., unless closing early due to budget exhaustion.
Submission of applications: exclusively by telematic means through the electronic headquarters of the Chamber of Mallorca.
📌 Award criterion: by strict order of entry registration.
⏳ Maximum duration of Phase II: 6 months.
🧾 Justification: the company has 1 month from the end date of the aid phase to justify the expenses in the electronic platform enabled.
Total program budget: €17,221.95.
Free diagnostic and follow-up services: €4,381.95, at no cost to the company.
Budget for implementation aid: 12,840 €, with a total amount of aid of 7,704 € and a forecast of 3 beneficiary companies.
💰 Maximum aid per company
Maximum eligible direct cost: 4,000 €.
Associated indirect costs: 7
Total maximum eligible cost: 4.280 €
Aid intensity: 60 %
Maximum aid per company: €2,568.
⚠️ The company must pre-finance 100% of the implementation and will receive the corresponding reimbursement at a later date if it correctly justifies the investment.

Web auditing and LSSI-CE compliance
Contingency and continuity plans
ISO 22301, ISO 27701 and ISO 27001 Certifications
Cybersecurity in industrial environments
Vulnerability analysis and penetration testing
Access Control Systems, MFA and SSO
Anti-malware, EDR and mail security solutions
Data backup, data encryption and WAF
Firewall, VPN, IDS, IPS, SOC, and network monitoring
SSL certificates and other cybersecurity actions authorized by Cámara España.
🧾 Eligible expenses include implementation of specific software, cloud licenses, strictly necessary hardware, consulting services, initial parameterization and training for the use of the solution.
❗ Expenses already financed by Kit Digital, computers and tablets, connectivity, own personnel, ordinary maintenance, hardware rental or investments outside the execution period, among others, will not be eligible.
