The NEOTEC 2025 program aims to support the creation and consolidation of technology-based companies (EBT) whose business strategy is based on the development of proprietary technology. Priority is given to projects that include the hiring of people with a doctorate degree and those led by women, in order to promote equality in technological entrepreneurship.
Small innovative companies with a maximum of three years old.
Minimum capital stock of 20,000 euros.
They have not distributed profits and are not listed on the stock exchange, except on alternative platforms.
Companies whose activity is based on the development of their own technology; those that offer services to third parties without their own technological development are not eligible.
Opening of the call: May 12, 2025.
Closing date: June 12, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. (Spanish peninsular time).
Start of projects: January 1, 2026.
Completion of projects:
Annual projects: until December 31, 2026.
Multi-year projects: until December 31, 2027.
Total budget of the call: 20,000,000 euros.
A minimum of 5,000,000 euros is reserved for projects led by women.
Financing:
Up to 70% of the business plan presented, with a limit of 250,000 euros per beneficiary.
If the hiring of PhDs is included, the financing can reach up to 85% of the business plan, with a limit of 325,000 euros.
In addition, projects that access the specialized training offered by the Enterprise Innovation Institute of the University of Georgia (USA) will be able to increase the grant by up to 10,000 euros.
Advances:
After the final resolution, an advance payment of up to 60% of the granted subsidy may be requested, with a maximum of 150,000 euros, without the need for guarantees.
