Alimentomica S.L.

Alimentómica is the first spin off of the University of the Balearic Islands. It focuses its activity on research and development of new components, technologies or innovative practices to prevent obesity and its associated pathologies. Its main mission is to transform its scientific-technological advances into ingredients or products available to society, and to create value in a responsible, ethical and sustainable way. Its fields of action range from infant nutrition to nutritional genomics.
