BIOIB has been a member of CEBR since 2010. <\/p>\n\n<p>During the meeting, CEBR members had the opportunity to learn about the biotechnology sector in the region from the president of the <em>Tuscany Life Sciences<\/em> cluster, Fabrizio Landi, the president of the <em>Italian Science Parks<\/em> association and Filippo Giabbani, representative of the Tuscany regional government, and representatives of the production sector.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the following sessions, members were able to participate in an intense open debate on the future of the CEBR, its mission and objectives, contributing ideas to continue growing as a network and increasing the services it offers to its members.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tanit Mir, Project manager of BIOIB attended the Annual Meeting of the Council of European Bioregions (CEBR), which took place in Siena last March 30-31, 2017, together with cluster managers from all over Europe.
