Manduca is a new vegetable food with more than 60% of high quality protein, made exclusively from the germ of the Majorcan carob seed. It is the result of a simple process patented by chemist Bernardo Cifre, which transforms a by-product with no commercial value into a sustainable, nutritious and versatile protein source. Our purpose is to provide the Mediterranean with a local vegetable protein, with minimal environmental impact and accessible to all.
